Mat Pilates

Engage every muscle (especially those ones you didn’t know you had).

A dynamic mat class grounded in the principles of traditional pilates with a modern twist. A focus on control, precision and alignment we flow through functional, muscle sculpting movements with small props to promote stability, strength and flexibility.

Suitable for everyone. Modifications or advancements will be given as needed.

26+2 (Bikram)

Dip deep and connect to your inner strength and focus.

Practiced in a heated room, this class takes you through a set series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises.This class is designed for you to go inward and realize strength you didn’t know you had, while at the same time accepting the limitations of your body in the moment — without judgment, without expectation.

All levels welcome - awesome for new and experienced practitioners.

Fusion

A synergy of breath, body and mind.

Fusion is a moderate paced, heated flow yoga class where form and function coexist. A combination of juicy asanas, mindful movements and deep stretches to nurture mobility and flexibility. This class contains a little bit of everything - some bikram poses, some flows, some holds, some yin. It’s a great place to start for a little yoga sampling.

The music is purposefully curated to be upbeat in the beginning of class - to motivate and energize, and then slower towards the end of class - meditative and allows space for you to hold postures and surrender to your breath. You’ll leave class feeling balanced and refreshed.

All levels welcome - a fun class for those newer to yoga and also those more seasoned in their yoga practice. Modifications and advancements always given.

Yin Yoga

Enjoy the ultimate wind down and drop into a deeply meditative internal space.

Yin is a slow-paced and gentle style of yoga that works with basic postures to increase mobility, mobilize, stretch, and hydrate the body's extensive fascial network. Expect sweet, long holds with ample time for meditation and breath awareness. After class, you will feel a renewed sense of ease in your body and a fuller range of motion in your joints. The perfect way to restore the body and recover from your more intense workouts.

Suitable for anyone who needs a deep stretch and time to go inward. Modifications will be given as everyone’s anatomical structure is not exactly the same. Alternate poses will be offered for those who need more accessible options.
